Facing the Syngrou Avenue this eight storey, 12.000 m2 building is housing mainly the offices of the TSAKOS Shipping group of companies. The reinforced concrete structure was existing. A new building envelope was designed and constructed together with new electromechanical systems and new interiors.

The project has been constructed with the method of “antiparohi” by TSAKOS Shipping company, main user of the building. Interior spaces include also an auditorium and a cafe-restaurant for the employees, with the characteristic form of a ship’s chimney. In 2011 a lightweight canopy was constructed to cover a part of the restaurant’s terrace and protect from sun and rain.
